Diandi primary school
"Nearby" means the nearest place to your home. However, there are some factors, such as the layout of primary and secondary schools and the different enrollment of each middle school. Therefore, sometimes the Education Bureau will allocate students according to the situation, but in the end, it will try to allocate students from the school district to the nearest school, which is called "admission to the nearest school".
In order to ensure the normal implementation of compulsory education in China, as early as 1986, Article 9 of the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) passed by the state stipulated: "Local people's governments at all levels should set up primary schools and junior secondary schools appropriately so that children and adolescents can attend school nearby." Article 26 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Compulsory Education Law stipulates: "The establishment of compulsory education schools shall be planned and rationally distributed by the people's governments at the municipal and county levels. The establishment of primary schools should be conducive to school-age children and adolescents entering the school nearby. " These are clear legal provisions on the policy of nearest admission in compulsory education. These regulations clarify the right of school-age children and adolescents to attend school nearby, and clarify the obligations and responsibilities of local governments at all levels to ensure that they attend school nearby at their domicile. The policy goal of the nearest school is to provide every child with equal right to education and ensure the principle of educational equity.
Where children study depends on the location of their registered permanent residence.
1. Take Chengdu as an example: primary school enrollment is based on the premise that school-age children, teenagers and legal guardians have the same household registration and actual residence, and they are enrolled nearby. In other words, school-age children with actual residence can enroll in the school where their household registration is located with their legal guardians. What matters here is the location of household registration (that is, household registration), not the real estate license.
2. The real estate license does not have the nature of a unique location. You can own multiple properties in any city such as A, B and C, so you have multiple real estate licenses, and each person can only have one household registration.
3. According to the Notice of Chengdu Education Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Admission of Grade One Students in 20 15 Primary School, students with local household registration are given priority. For school-age children (that is, students with foreign household registration) whose actual family residence does not match their household registration location, enrollment will be arranged in the region according to the number of students enrolled and the distribution of school resources.
